Man of the Match Voting Results for Harrogate

Yeovil Town went down 2-1 to Harrogate Town on Saturday before last in a game that was frustrating for the hosts.

The first half was an un-eventful affair with neither side looking likely to break the deadlock. The best chance of the half fell to Courtney Duffus as he managed to poke the ball past the on-rushing Harrogate keeper but it was just cleared off the line.

Yeovil weren't able to improve in the second half and they fell behind on 71 minutes as Brendan Kiernan's shot from just inside the box found its way into the bottom corner.

7 minutes later Harrogate doubled their lead. A defensive mix up allowed Harrogate to steal possession right in front of goal and Jack Muldoon fired the ball into the Yeovil net for 2-0.

Yeovil made it 2-1 in the 91st minute as Rhys Murphy fired the ball home but it was too late for Yeovil to muster an un-likely comeback.
