Man of the match voting results for AFC Fylde

Last Saturday afternoon saw Yeovil Town battle back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with AFC Fylde. A quick-fire brace from Courtney Duffus ten minutes from time was enough to cancel out an own goal and a strike from Dan Bradley.

Yeovil weren't at their best straight from the kick off and Fylde took the lead on 35 minutes as a freak own goal gave them the lead. Yeovil had tried to clear their lines in defence but the ball was fired against Myles Hippolyte and the ball re-bounded into the Yeovil goal.

Fylde doubled their advantage on 72 minutes as an excellent team move saw them catch Yeovil on the break and Dan Bradley calmly slotted the ball past Nelson for 2-0.

The game looked to be over at this point however Yeovil showed their fighting spirit and battled back to 2-2 thanks to two goals in two minutes by Courtney Duffus. The first was headed in from close range and the second was a mis-placed pass by Fylde keeper Sam Hornby that was intercepted by Duffus who slammed it home.
