Man of the Match Voting Results for Sutton

Last weekend saw Yeovil Town go down 3-2 to Sutton United live on BT Sport - their third straight loss on TV this season. Goals from Rhys Murphy and Albi Skendi weren't enough to take anything from the game as defensive mistakes cost Yeovil.

Sutton took the lead midway through the first half as Sutton caught Yeovil on the break and Harry Beautyman fired the ball home.

The lead lasted less than a minute as Yeovil equalised straight from the kick-off. Myles Hippolyte sent a cross into the box that Rhys Murphy managed to get to and leveled the scores.

Town then went on to take the lead as a shot from Courntey Duffus was deflected over Sutton 'keeper Nik Tzanev by Albi Skendi.

Town were unable to hold on to this lead though as Sutton leveled the match again 3 minutes before half time. Poor defending was to blame for this goal which allowed Sutton to put a dangerous ball into the box for Ben Goodliffe to tap in.

Despite an improvement in the second half from Yeovil it was Sutton who grabbed the all important goal on 63 minutes. Another mistake in the defence allowed Sutton through and David Ajiboye scored the goal.
