Man of the Match Voting Results for Boreham Wood

Last Saturday afternoon saw Yeovil Town fall to a 1-0 defeat at Boreham Wood. A goal from Kabongo Tshimanga on 74 minutes was enough to see the home side gain the points.

Yeovil were playing well throughout the match but were unable to capitalise on their neat play. The first half was very uneventful as hardly any chances were created for either side.

The second half was much the same as the first and it became clear that a single goal for either team would probably win the game. That goal came for the home side after Yeovil had switched off expecting a free kick that was never given and Boreham Wood broke quickly. Kabongo Tshimanga was the man who slotted the ball into the bottom corner.

Yeovil were pressing after this to claim an unlikely draw but it wasn't to be and Yeovil were sent home empty handed.
