Match Report: Paulton Rovers v Yeovil Town
Yeovil Town exited the Somerset Premier Cup last night as they were defeated 2-1 at Paulton Rovers. The home side took the lead on 35 minutes through Dan McBean. Town levelled with 10 minutes to go from the penalty spot but Rovers won the game on 89 minutes through David O'Hare.
Yeovil mostly named their academy side with a handful of first team players.
During the first half Yeovil were able to play some nice football but once they got it near the danger area they failed to get shots at goal and attacks just fizzled out.
Yeovil almost took the lead on 22 minutes when Yeovil were 1 on 1 with Aaron Sainsbury but he made the save.
With 10 minutes to go until half time Paulton took the lead when a low shot from Dan McBeam nestled into the bottom corner.

The second half was relatively tame from both sides, neither side really looked threatening and it was just a typical Somerset Cup game.
On 60 minutes Yeovil made two substitutions when Malachi Linton and Jordan Young were replaced by Benjani Jur and Bateson.
With 10 minutes left Yeovil were awarded a penalty when Ollie Haste was fouled in the box. Will Dawes put the penalty into the bottom right corner.
1 minute from time though Paulton grabbed the winner when David O'Hare unleashed a shot from distance that beat Will Buse.
Shortly after Buse was sent off for handling the ball outside the area and the game ended in defeat for Town.
