Man of the Match Voting Results for Dover

Last Saturday evening saw Yeovil Town fall to a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Dover Athletic in front of the BT Sport cameras.

Yeovil were the better side in the first half as Yeovil put Dover under sustained pressure. Plenty of good chances came and went for Yeovil but they were unable convert the chances into goals.

The only real opportunity for Dover in the first half was a goalmouth scramble that eventually saw the ball rebound off the crossbar.

The second half saw Dover improve and in the 62nd minute they took the lead through Scott Doe who poked the ball past Stuart Nelson.

The goal sparked Yeovil back into life again as they tried to pull the match level but in the end it was all in vein as Dover left Huish Park with all three points.
