Last Tuesday night saw Yeovil Town fall to their third successive National League defeat as Southend United overcame The Glovers 2-1 at Roots Hall. Jason Demetriou put the home side in front just before the half hour mark and Tom Clifford added a second on 60 minutes. Reuben Reid pulled a goal back with just injury time left to play but after a late rally Yeovil weren't able to get anything from the game.
